Through research it was discovered that poor usability, lack of content and a convoluted user journey make the UOW’s site confusing and disorientating.

This case study will identify issues with the information on existing pages which may prohibit users from achieving their goals as quickly as possible.

It focuses on simplifying the IA to help users better understand in clear terms:

2. Why a future student should choose UOW
3. Why Wollongong is an attractive location to study
