The Wine Collective is an online retailer that partners with small to medium-sized grape growers, winemakers from Australia and around the world. My role consisted in leading a team of designers to deliver digital transformation. This included improving the user experience in the e-commerce platform, customer checkout flow, the rewards program, educational journeys and marketing collateral.
